Audio Glitch when fighting enemies.

Fresh install and also no mods and have tried several times to see if I could fix it.
Audio will cut in for the fighting sounds when fighting enemies. Randomly just cuts out and I notice it the most when doing any of the bosses. This is also on the latest update that has just came out this week.
