Advanced Tooltips Not Working

-What exactly is happening? - When you hit LEFT ALT on a gem it use to show the min/max rolls the stats on the gem could have.. now it does nothing
-When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update or event? - After 1.1 Oakveil Update.
