Crashing just before Lord Styx

I went to the area where Lord Styx is and I saw a node of Blood Crystals. I took out my mace, hit the node and my game crashed. When I logged back, the game immediately crashed again, before I could do anything. Over and over and over. I can't play the game because it auto crashes when I log in. I tried to get my character out of the area but it crashes as soon as I log back in.
