Server 1047, consistant delays with abilities not landing

Issue was primarily seen on claws and daggers, which was reported by multiple people in the server.
When using the claws if you try to land E in the middle of an enemy it never lands in the later hours of the day (after 17:00 UTC+2 until the later parts of midnight)
