Skeleton Agony Explosion does not stack per skeleton

📋 Describe the Issue.
when multiple skeletons set to agony explosion go off on the same enemy, the damage per explosion does not trigger more than once
Corrupted skull with gem to spawn 2, bone explosion with gem, they blow up but damage does not include the second one.
