Create legendary weapons via the console

I ran into a problem while using the CreateLegendaryWeapon command, when using it, it does not allow you to set the second main perk for legendary weapons, which is why the weapon turns out to be cropped, there is also some problem with Soulshard within the hints, which is why it is not possible to create it this way.
