Power Surge does not activate during Boss Fight
-What exactly is happening? I put Power Surge on my hotbar and used it while fighting a normal wolf in the snow region and it worked just fine. When I faced Frostmaw, immediately after defeating that wolf, despite it being available to activate, Power Surge would not activate. The entire battle, Power Surge would not activate. There is nothing on the wiki or hotfixes, or the description itself that would suggest this skill will not activate during Boss Fights.
-What were you doing before the issue occurred? Hunting for Frostmaw
-When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update or event? After this morning's update, I went hunting for Frostmaw and it would not work. I tested it on a battle with a non-V Carrier enemy and it worked just fine.
-Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? No
🔧 Troubleshooting Steps you have already tried: Verifying and reacquiring files did not work. Server info is irrelevant, this isn't a new skill introduced today.

Wrathicus MergedWhile having Power Surge on C button on pc, sometimes after using the default R button ability or jumping from a horse and trying to activate it by Pressing C, it wont activate sometimes, and sometimes its takes 3 seconds before activating, there isnt any cooldown mark on it while trying to press it,so its not about it being on cooldown. Its not consistent, sometimes it happens and sometimes it works alright.

BananaI've done some testing. Some continuous actions, even some idle animations trigger this bug.
1. Equip a longbow (tested on copper and merciless copper)
2. Cast Power Surge.
3. Attack (charged) while power surge is active, continuously.
4. Keep attacking while it's on cooldown.
5. Try casting it again when it's off cooldown; you can't.
The amount of time the bug remains is linked to how long you keep attacking while and after the cast; it can even be extended further by auto attacking for longer after it comes off cooldown, way into the minutes. This also happens with crossbows for a slightly shorter time. The bug persists even after switching weapons, but those other weapons DON'T have this bug intrinsically; other actions might end it early (things I've tested, spinning while attacking, transforming into a wolf).
The mere act of holding a bow already gives some seconds of this bug. -

WinchesterFor me it just seems to trigger when it feels like. Even if I've been out of combat for a a while, it doesn't respond most of the time. And that on the latest 1.1 patch
