Server problem (timed out)

I was playing on a server that was unofficial, after a day or two i couldn't see the status of it, and i was unable to play on it, and more servers weren't showing up, while my friends from the same region as me had the same servers and they could play on them, i couldn't. The issue started after the hotfix from April 30. I didn't install any mods or modified my game files.
I already restarted my PC multiple times, router too, updated my graphic drivers, deleted old setting files (locallow), deleted old saves in v3 and new autosaves in v4, verified game files, uninstalled Game and reinstalled it.
