Chess table not appearing in the building list

After defeating Albert the Duke of Balaton (Level 67), the "Chess Table" recipe is supposed to unlock, as indicated in the V Blood rewards preview. However, after killing the boss and returning to base, the Chess Table does not appear in the building menu under any category.
Steps to Reproduce:
Track and defeat Albert the Duke of Balaton.
Return to base and open the build menu.
Search manually for "Chess Table."
Item is not listed.
Expected Result:
The Chess Table should unlock and appear in the build menu after killing the boss.
Notes:
Logged out and back in, no change.
Confirmed plenty of Sculptured Wood in inventory.
Tested with other clanmates – same result.
