Camera rotation is messy

Camera randomly refuses to move when I try to rotate it. This makes fights near impossible to win, expecially when the ennemies are on my back.
This happens 50% of the time when I try to rotate the camera.
This is an old bug, as I already encountered this issue last year. I stopped the game for other reasons and restarted last week and it got worse since.
I restart my PC every night and my drivers are up to date. Though my PC is a 2019 model, it is still largely over the minimum requirements.
The server is SEPULCRE-NOIR on cloud and open to public. I am not the host.
