Authentication Issue (Single Player)
Description: A few hours into a new solo-only offline game, I was disconnected because of 'authentication issues'. This seems to be an old issue if you google "v rising single player authentication error."
- Forcefully booted from my game.
- Was just playing normally.
- Seemed to happen randomly. I never got this issue when I was disconnected from the internet with Steam in Offline Mode.
- No mods.
- PC exceeds min req specs and graphics drivers are up to date.
- I did do a "verify integrity of game files" from the Steam menu (they were all fine).
- Server is Private.
- I am the host.

Katesame thing is happening to me but on a server on steam in says cloud error if i reinstall the game it works for about a hour and then it starts doing it again.

MikeHappening to me too. God this is stupid. I am playing single player and getting the same authenication issue. Wow what a buggy piece of crap!! I hate the way they coded this game to run as a server even in SP mode. That is the stupidest decision I have ever seen any dev make on any game.
