Cant ride horse while palying with keyboard and mouse

Ive been playing for more than a year, but with this last update I just realized that I wasnt able to mount my horse after I vault off of it, theres no promp of holding F to mount it. Already tried to verifity the integrity of the files, uninstalling and installing again and nothing has work for me. Also tried with controller and the promp is not there.

GiupatamonHotfix 5 was supposed to fix this, but it's still there.
