There is NO command to add specific items in our inventory

I was administrating my own private server and while testing combinations, I realized we can't give myself nor my friends two specific items with the "give" command. It may or may not be related with new content recently added. I was not able to confirm that.
I can't add "Morador de Pantanos" and "Lubina Dorada de Rio". It seems these two are not listed as items for us to add on command.
I attached one screenshot, it's the same with the other case.
No specific troubleshooting has been attempted yet. No mods installed.
Private server. I am the host.
