fell inside castle pillar

Jumped off the roof of my castle in wolf form, and fell right into the center of a castle pillar where I got stuck. Jumped from 3rd floor, fell into the top of the pillar two floors below and fell to the ground.
I tried jumping out in wolf does not work, bat form gives invalid location, but Frog form seems to jump high enough to get over the "walls" of the pillar.
running around inside the pillar is slippery like its trying to put me somewhere else but theres no where to put me without a collision.
