Using items outside of treasury floor

I have some items in my castle that are NOT in the treasury floor and machines are using it.
For instance I got two blood potion stores. One of them is near prison and the other in a treasury floor room.
The first one has only 100% blood types and the second a bunch of low quality blood to craft collars or whatever needs blood merlots. The jewery machine is using the high quality blood first that is OUTSIDE of treasury floor instead of the one that is INSIDE. Same happens with repairs for armor/weapon, it consumes the vampire lockbox first.
At some point in time these storages could be inside the floor, but currently they are not and doesn't show on the image that it is sharing with other rooms.
