Dominate person buff sometimes doesn't work

When dominating a human in oakveil (haven't succeded in replicating it elsewhere) after sustaining corruption damage, using veil to avoid further attacks and mounting a vampire horse, you may loose the dominate form and the dominated person buffs. After that you can enter the dominate form again as usual but the dominated person buff will not apear despite having the thrall following you and thus you can't use dusk caller . In this state you cannot leave the dominate form, you cannot teleport through waygates and when you teleport through castle teleporters succesively the thrall gets stuck to the first teleportation (When teleporting once there is a noticable delay to the teleportation of the thrall). In this state you can kill the thrall (default R) or manually imprison them in a free cell.
