Mule in Dudley is stealing my carage by teleporting it away after I killed escord and vanishing

Each time I kill whole escord and I am working on destroying the garage, paniked mule comes back running towards road bit away from the place where I am working on destroying carage then teleports the carage to itself and simply vanishes. It happened 3 times already!
