Stuck in respawn while offline with paused server

1) offline server
2) die, boss fight or normal mobs
3) press x to respawn
4) Hit Escape, Toggle pause server, hit Escape again
5) press Space to choose respawn point.
6) Map opens, but you can't respawn because server is paused, but cant un-toggle pause server because map is open.
7) Alt+F4 to close game
8) relaunch game, and you are spawned at the nearest waygate.

Possible fix - either block "Space" action while pause server is toggled. or allow to show the menu while in respawn action so that we can disable pause.
