Issue with drops

Hello, I have had a two time loot missing so far, one from the level 30-ish fisherman and one from the Lydia huntress, killed them both but no loot (fishing pole or longbow+other items) ever appeared.. what can I do? I tried re-killing them but still didn't get the loot..
