Bug - Gem cutting table tooltips

-What exactly is happening?
- When hovering over the "regular gemstone" or "flawless gemstone" it will say it requires 4 in the tooltip when the recipe calls for 3 - This happens when on a Jewelers floor
-What were you doing before the issue occurred?
- Cutting gemstones and noticed it
-When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update or event?
- bug (or maybe feature?) :thinking:
-Have you modified your game files or installed any mods?
