Stats not updating after changing config settings.

If you change your settings on an existing server save.
The stats don't get updated when you restart the server.

Editing the MaxHealthModifier value in the ServerGameSettings.json
My initial value was 1.1
I changed it to 2.0

# Initial armor stats:
Nightstalker Vest, 71 hp
Nightstalker Leggings, 61 hp
Nightstalker Boots, 52 hp
Nightstalker Gloves, 41 hp

Character Health:
Naked: 125
Equipped: 349

# Modifier changed to 2.0, armor stats:
Nightstalker Vest, 129 hp
Nightstalker Leggings, 111 hp
Nightstalker Boots, 94 hp
Nightstalker Gloves, 74 hp

Character Health:
Naked: 125
Equipped: 349
Should be: 533

Taking off the armor and re-equipping it doesn't change anything. You still only have 349 hp

This is the easiest way to test. But I have the same issue if I change e.g. the V-Blood PowerModifier.
1. Engage the boss and notice damage dealt to you
2. Change the PowerModifier config and restart the server
3. The boss does the same damage as before
