Can’t unlock the recipe for the advanced blood press

Please try to fix the bug, I already defeated jade twice, but I could only get the pistol and powers after defeating her, not the advanced blood press. I restarted the game too, but it didn’t work, and I need that advanced blood press thing because it’s essential for the story. I’m playing on the PS5.
