Please add the ability to be able to swap out stairs for other versions

Like castle walls we could use the ability to be able to swap out stairs for the other skin versions.
It's almost impossible to retrospectively change the staircase aesthetic without demolishing half the castle but a simple swap of object should be straight-forward.
This also applies to other buildables, such as the new coffin design.

AndrewThe servant coffin styles are also permanent. Had to terminate my lovely 40% servant to change Opulent to Default one
