'Clairvoyance' Hanging Lamp visible through floors from below.

After the new update on April 28, one of the new lights for the castle, the 'Clairvoyance' Hanging Lamp (not the Pillar Mounted Lamp Sconce of the same style) is visible when it is placed on the floor above from where your character is standing, when this is unexpected and nothing else on the floor above is visible.
The issue occurs in all locations I have tried and in every instance.
Troubleshooting tried:
-None (honestly)
This occurs in a local game (in the new Oakveil region, if that makes a difference).
