Editing settings on existing dedicated server

Updated the settings for an ongoing game using the dedicated server. The new settings are read but not active on the server.

I can see that the server has read the new settings in the logs. But they arent active.

The settings i updated were max servants. Heart level 5 should now have 10 instead of 8 for example. Max castles updated from 2 to 4. Max Vampires in a Clan should be 8 instead of 4.
