Need option to always show cursor/resize cursor

I think it's well known that a lot of people have trouble tracking the cursor in fights especially when it disappears. I suspect that there are times where the cursor will change positions but haven't been able to lock down that yet.
We need options to change the behavior of the cursor especially for accessibility issues. An option for Always show cursor and an option to resize the cursor would be really handy.
