Bane damage output bugged/not responding to gear score

Bane the shadowblade's damage does not appear to scale or respond to gear score regardless of player level.

in testing, and attempting to fight him legitimately, we found his knives dealing substantial damage with a lower gear score, expect, 60/120 damage per thrown knife (other abilities also dealing substantial damage) ((knives also spontaneously appear to deal double damage somehow unsure as to why but it is not due to clone knives hitting as they are sometimes intercepted by terrain))

the fight was attempted around mid 40 gear power, 50, 53, and 61 gear score. even at 61 gear score he is capable of dealing over 400 damage in a single knife volley and the damage itself is still 60 or 120 per knife. meaning he can 6-8 shot a player with gear at the end of dunley he can also kill Jade 100% of the time in 2-4 attacks. (counting a knife volley as one attack)

player damage to bane is not affected. only bane's damage to seemingly everything else. including Vbloods
