Jewels not accessible

When i push on J for the spells page to open and choose which jewels to use, no jewels show up in the right-down squarres. My jewels are in a secretary in my treasure room with treasure flooring (other chests work as intended). I have many jewels for same spell and nothing is showing up. If I have them in my bag, it works.
