Soul Shards Duration Timer Ticks Down While Boss is Loaded In

Repro:
- Have RelicSpawnType set to Unique.
- Load the boss in for the first time and kill it. (you will get a 2500/2500)
- Destroy the necklace received and wait a few minutes for dura ticks to go.
- Kill again, pick up necklace, see it not at 2500, but however long you waited ticks lower.

You can also wander off for awhile and come back and it will still tick down.
Server Restart will affix it back to 2500 if its on boss and not player
Behavior is not present on plentiful.
