V blood Boss doesn't level up after change the GameSetting.json until the boss get kill and respawn

📋 Describe the Issue.
-What exactly is happening?
I change the GameSetting.json with v blood ,hp dmg and level in the middle game,but it doesn't work immediately until the boss get kill and respawn, and also effect "Mairwyn the Elementalist", because her illusion would not level up and easy to distinguish.
-Have you modified your game files or installed any mods?
NO,never.
