quick transfer unreliable

Either the items from the bar wont go into chests or they will.
Every other item in my bar wont work with quick transfer, but my Dracula key amulet will, this suck.
Either quick transfer should ignore the bar as it does with 99% of the items and NOT transfer the Dracula key amulet or every item should work even if in the bar.
the unreliableness of that makes me sure this must be a bug, quite sure items on the bar should not be transfered by default
