baseline ultimate cooldown is 120seconds, however when recorded and timed it comes out to 117-118 seconds with 62% Ultimate Cooldown rate.
The following 62% also effects "mutant Blood" veil attack reduction (7 seconds) pushes it up to 14 seconds.
