Changing Equipment Game Settings on an existing save doesn't work

-What exactly is happening?
Attempting to change settings for equipment (specifically max health, spell power, and physical power of equipment) on a save that already exists does not properly change the values.

The tooltips show the appropriate change when I hover over the gear, but the numbers APPLIED to my character do not match and are still the same as before changing the settings.

Settings do stay in the server settings screen, they simply don't update on existing equipment when the game/server is running on the new settings.

-When did the issue start?
After attempting to change the custom game settings (Oakveil Hotfix 8 at time of issue) that were set at the start/creation of the private game.

-Have you installed any mods?
No mods installed.

🔧 Troubleshooting Steps tried:
- Verify files
- Save and close server, Revert changes, start server, then save/close and attempt to change settings again
