Ungora makes unavoidable poison "geysers" that appear directly under the player on occasion

There does not appear to be any telegraphing of the attack that I can notice to be able to avoid them. The only context information that seems relevant to note is that I am using older hardware that runs in low resolution and with a somewhat low fps, and I am playing in multiplayer (not as the host/server).
