Megara completely crashes my game

After Megara's HP hits 60%, she seems to enter a new phase. This is where she completely crashes my game. The game suddenly froze and greatly slowed down then completely crashed.
This is a producible bug because every time I restart the game, it crashes at the same place (which is where I spawn after entering the game unfortunately).
I play on my own private server alone with no mod installed. Should be the most recent patch. This is my first time fighting Megara. My Nvidia card driver is recently updated.

Have you tried veryfing the files in Steam?
I just did that and was able to go thru the fight with Megara after the 2nd phase starts!
