A Perfect Test Subject achievement bug

So when I was trying to do ,,A Perfect Test Subject" achievement on steam I found 100% blood quality and decided to decrease it with Corrupted fish to later increase again with Irradiant Gruel, but it tried to increase blood quality (it was 100% so it did not go up) and gave me this achievement. Problem is that this achievement condition is to feed prisoner with Irradiant Gruel and I got achievement when I feed the prisoner with Corrupted fish.
