Frequent Crashing on one pc but not the other (Tried all steps in guide)

So basically I'm playing on my own single player world. I play on my 5 year old laptop with a 2060 GPU and 16gb ram when I'm at work sometimes and I can play on there for 8 hours at a time with no crashing, it's never crashed on there actually. However when I play on my brand new desktop PC with a RTX 5070, 32gb ram and i7-14700KF processor it crashes every 5 minutes nonstop. Yes, I have tried everything suggested in the guide for frequent crashing. I've tried verifying integrity, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and deleting that local app file. Also there are a ton of other games I play on this desktop and I don't have any issue with any of them crashing. So I'm thinking it's a compatibility issue but I'm still not sure what to do.
