Random input errors when fighting

When fighting the camera refuses to spin when I clic on the right button of my mouse. This forbids me to win difficult fights agains bosses. from time to time, my character is stuck in doing the main attack despite I release the corresponding button (left button of the mouse). Last, but not least, the supreme refuses to launch when I press the T button.
I did not change the commands mapping (default one is active). I checked the network status and all is ok (no lag, no packet lost). I set all the graphic options to the lowest values, all with no avail.
This is very frustrating, as I am not able to fight bosses in fair conditions.
