Timer setting for rifts not working correctly

Gap between rifts is set to 30 minutes,
Minor rifts set to 15 minutes,
Major rifts set to 2 hours.
Thirty minute timer runs as normal, minor rifts timer runs as normal..
ISSUE: there is a 1 hour 45 minute wait after the 15 minute minor rifts before the major rifts start.
Used to be the major rifts would start as son as the minor rifts finished, no 1:45h timer between.
