Lost all inventory including blood-bound weapons

I was visiting the good people of Brightheaven when I noticed my recently almost-full inventory is actually almost-empty again.

Weapons from 1-8 quick selection:
Weapons there (and fishing rod) were intact. Only healing potions from toolbelt disappeared. This would be equivalent of "dying" (although I have not).

However, EVEN blood-bound weapons from inventory disappeared. I had there legendary slashers for which there was no place in toolbelt - no more (this should be impossible on PvE server). So this wasn't just "extra death" (which wouldn't be so bad), but ALL of inventory disappeared.

Only thing that comes to mind is killing a Knight with Gravecaller's E very early before he fell to the ground - maybe there is some bug there?
Maybe there was some connection problem? (I have not noticed anything, but there were some recently).

-Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? No, never. Files are ok.
