Weapon swapping is clunky and unresponsive on multiple servers, even though the ping is low (35-40)

I can provide multiple videos like these

-Weapon swapping is clunky and unresponsive on multiple servers, even though the ping is low (35-40). Baiscally even though i am pressing FIRST sword, then q, (as you can se at 0:03) it does first the spear q and then the sword. Then you can see it again at 00:35, first it does spear q then swaps to reaper. It happens with reaper and sword, but NEVER with slasher q. I can slasher q without ANY problem
-Nothing in special, it happens in arena and any servers
-I noticed it in the past 6 months but is really bad lately
-No mods

-I did any steps that you can think of. Restart modem, talk to internet company, reinstall v rising, reinstall windows, verify game files, absolutely everything that i saw on any forum and all in my power.
