Can jump off map's edge and get stuck

On the edge of northwestern Dunely Farmlands (approximate world position: -1891.70, 5.00, -374.82), the player can jump off the map's edge and get stuck on the cliff's face, forcing them to Unstuck themselves or use console commands to escape. See attached gif file.
