Hotkey hints stucking on natinal keyboard layout

Depending on wether system keyboard layout switched to English or national keyboard layout during game startup, in-game hotkey hints will be on same layout. I prefer hints to be in English letters. But it is too often I start game with my national layout and hints is national layout letters. To switch I have to exit game and is is pain, because game takes about 2 minutes to load(because of shader). I've seen such behaviour in different games. And best solution I've seen is when you can switch system layout and in-game layout updates on entering menu. Alternatively please add corresponding option in settings.
