Shader configuration

Hello. So i just bought this game and while in the menu, i noticed that it was lagging hard (like 2 FPS). I tried to start a game and in the loading screen, i am locked in the "Shader configuration" as it say 0% and never move. Did it happened to someone ? How did you fixed that ?
I have a AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and a RX6800. The proc is used at 80% and the GC only 3%. I checked and the game is running on the CG, my drivers are up to date.
