Human Form not unlocking upon killing Bane the Shadowblade

Human Form not unlocking upon killing Bane the Shadowblade. I've killed him 4 times. Tried restarting after the 2nd kill. Not sure what else to do. Edit: I restarted my game after the 2nd kill and that didn't help, but after making this post I restarted my computer and it unlocked.
