Urgent: Server Error – Unable to Access Private Game / Progress at Risk

Hello,
I recently purchased VRising and have played approximately 28h over the past 3days. This morning the game was working normally. However, I am now unable to access my game due to a server error. I have already uninstalled the game and verified the game files as instructed in the Bugs section, but the issue persists. This was a private game hosted on your servers, not a public server. I was using it to learn the game before playing with friends.
My main concern is my progress. Am I going to lose everything? I have seen reports from other players who experienced the same issue, restarted from scratch, and then encountered the error again. I'm not interested in playing on public/open servers. If this issue can't be resolved reliably, that would be very concerning. Please provide a clear solution.
Also, I'm not a technical user. If you require any system information from me, please provide very simple step-by-step instructions on how to obtain it. I would appreciate a prompt response
