Official Server Error: Server Full 1030 - 23/2/2026 -20:00

Dear support team,

I've noted a strange behavior on the server 1030 while connecting from Luxembourg this evening.
I've been active on the server and have a character and a territory on the official 1030 server that wiped on the 21/2/2026 at 13h.
The server shows 60/60 most of the time, but when it showed 57/60 I could still not connect.
It showed the following message :

Error : Server Full

While my friends connecting from Germany had no issue to connect i was stuck in the loading screens trying to connect.

Can I get banned from connecting to the server if I attempt to connect too often ?
As a player with an active territory (Castle) shouldn't I and my Clan members have higher priority to connect the server ?
Is there a possibility to increase the numbers of max players connected to the server ?

Playing in a squad server I never imagined encountering these kind of issues.
Would you be so kind and give me support on this matter ?
