Respawn bug Dracula

I died during the fight of Dracula with 3 friends of my clan, when I clicked to respawn, I respawned in the void next to the bridge of the boss arena. I was able to respawn using the 'Unstuck' button, but I can't retrieve my stuff (which includes one of the unique Soul Shard)
