  in the hotfix they specifically say:
  "We know of an issue with the “givecombatpreset” admin command, where the player will be locked out of unlocking shapeshifts and blueprints from VBloods. Our engineers are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, avoid using this command."

  I need help with unlocks, gave myself the giveset passivesT_02, thats probably what unlocked all VBloods for me.. but it does not unlock blueprints or transformations, and I cant get these from killing the boss again, HEEELP D:

  having the same issue. i run a server, and saw the new command line and wanted to try it out. bricked my whole character. unable to learn anything.

  Says they sent a hotfix out, however my character is still locked and unplayable on my own server.

  There was a hotfix earlier, here is what is said.
  
  "General
  
  Fixed prisons getting stuck with the wrong inventory state.
  Fixed an issue where Jewelcrafting stations could be dismantled while crafting.
  Fixed an issue where an arena was allowed to set up multiple contests at the same time, which could cause some odd interactions.
  Fixed an issue with admin commands where GiveCombatPreset could put a user in a progression locked state.
  Mortium Rift Incursion Interval setting now has its values restricted only to valid value options.
  Fixed an issue where DLC was not properly connecting to Steam authentication, causing DLC items to be inconsistently unavailable.
  Fixed an issue in server host settings where values for maximum connected users and maximum connected admins could be set to negative numbers, or numbers above the 128 hard cap."

  The Hot fix is out but still don't work for me. Is there a command line to revert this? Or do I need to use other command? I really dont remember what command I used. I was just messing around. But I'm locked. I have all the spells, but I can't progress when killing a boss. vblood doesn't unlock any sahpeshift ( I did it in early game so I can't even turn into wolf) So all technology I need to progress Is also block. And since I Can't create another character I'm blocked in my own server. And I' refuse to reset the server since there's a lot of people playing on it. Please help, I'm almost dropping the game.

  Hello, we are sorry to hear that the issue persists after yesterday's hotfix.
  
  I suspect the hotfix may not have been applied to your server, which may be the reason that the issue is not yet resolved. Are you hosting your server locally, or via a server provider such as for example PocketHost? If you are renting a server via a server provider, you may need to patch the server manually to receive the hotfix.

  The server is being hosted locally. No rental. I talked to the other admin, to see if he really applied the patch. It should be working. Another question. With this hotfix should I use the same command again, or it will just unlock everything once the patch is working?

  After your report, we noticed that the hotfix only fixed the blueprint unlocks, not the shapeshifts. We are currently working on another hotfix that will resolve the shapeshifting as well. Unfortunately that won't be in the one we're putting out today, but the next one after that. So the issue won't be fixed today, but please know that we're working to get it out when we can.
  
  Once that hotfix is released, everything should be correctly unlocked, and you won't have to use the same command again. We apologize for the oversight, and thank you for your report bringing it to our attention!

  Just to be clear; my char has all the spells. But not the shapeshifting or the technologies linked to the bosses. On the V blood's screen It' shows as I have defeated all the bosses, but no tech or linked shapeshifting. Sorry to say it again, And, I do not remember wich commands I used primarely - probably used the givecombatpreset, and others. Since I'm used to be an admin and I was testing stuff before opening the server to the players. I hope you can fix this. And maybe consider an option to delete characters in gamescreen in a very simple way. This option can avoid problems like this and prevent us from playing the game. Thank you again! cheers.

  I did this and now I can't get any unlocks givecombatpresetandallunlocks ArenaChampion it unlocked all boss but can't get shapeshift powers or some of the BP.

  I'm stuck on the step "Broaden horizons" and the objective "Find a way to unlock Iron Smelting" after using the givecombatpreset command. Killing Quincey does not work.

  Update: I've tryied the following command lines: "Completejournalquests" and "completecurrentjournalquest". I did got the "charm" power only and the "horse charm/summon" only. And not all technologies, some of them, I think (since I've used some friends research tables). Still locked out. Also I've asked the other admin to check updates and verify the files, it did'nt work either.

  This should now be resolved as of Hot Fix 3. Ensure the server you are playing on has received the patch. Your character should now have everything unlocked.

  Well, I really don't know what to do. The server is up to date. But my character still locked. Please help. The only thing I can think of, is a way to delete my character and start again.
