Gloomrot north enemies teleporting through castle walls

I am in north gloomrot and enemies that regularly patrol my base location are teleporting through my castle walls.

I'm building on the territory in Gloomrot North, NW corner next to the path to Oakveil Woodlands. Before I started building, there was an enemy patrol that would come onto the territory as part of their route. To stop them, I have tried blocking both entries with 2-tile gates and even solid walls, but they still get onto my land. I have witnessed them, multiple times, stop at the blockade initially, stand there for 3-5 seconds, and then teleport through it to the other side to continue their patrol through my land. It is incredibly annoying.
